Everyone struggles to deal with the chaos of life and the unavoidable challenges thrown our way. From stressful relationships to life transitions, we are constantly bombarded by new and intimidating experiences. And while life is hard enough, past traumas and current stressors only seek to complicate things further until we feel entirely overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected from the people around us.
